What makes Pâte Sucrée doughnuts so special? The doughnuts are filled to order with rotating, unique flavours made from all-natural ingredients and no preservatives. Step out of the box by ordering the purple yam, a popular and eye-catching filling famous throughout Asia. It is my favourite!

Some of the other delicious filling options are raspberry, mango, strawberry cream, and apricot. The selection changes weekly so you never get tired of the flavours. You can pick from 4-5 doughnut options each week. Pâte Sucrée’s website goes live at 9 pm MST every Wednesday for orders to be picked up on Friday between 3 pm-5 pm MST. Once all the delicious doughnuts are sold, you will have to wait until Friday at 9 pm MST to order for Sunday between 3 pm-5 pm MST. These amazing doughnuts sell fast, usually within the first 5 minutes so be ready to order as soon as the clock strikes 9 pm. It is definitely worth it! Are you wondering how this creative doughnut spot came to be? I was too so I asked the founders. Owners, Kimberly and Nelson are a husband and wife team. Due to losing their regular jobs as a result of the COVID-19 situation, and having a baby to take care of, they decided to start their own business. Having worked as a pastry chef at the Marriot Hotel in Dubai, Kimberly was inspired by the flavours used by the pastry chef she worked with. Together, Kimberly and her husband now create many unusual and mouthwatering flavours of their own. You can taste their passion for pastry with every bite you take of these tasty treats.
